Our Space Studio

A beautiful, modern, industrial-style, 200 square-meter studio situated at the same site as Stretch. It is a communal space of like-minded people who celebrate life, their bodies and their minds.

Various classes are offered from the space by a variety of trainers – see our timetable of our classes, contact the trainer directly if you are interested in joining a class or if you have any questions about the class.

  • Hi I am Sam, founder of Lowveld Ballet Centre. I am a DASA (Dance Academy of South Africa) registered teacher with 24 years of dancing experience and 3 years of teaching experience. I am an enthusiastic, high energy teacher dedicated to sparking the joy and love for classical ballet.

    I offer DASA syllabus classes for ages 3 years old up to 18. These classes are for pre-grades, grades and major syllabi dancers. Within the year we train for the annual DASA examinations as well as our end of year concert. I also offer Open Adult Ballet classes for both Beginners and Intermediate levels. These classes do not follow a strict syllabus but rather have a structured, dynamic class that changes each month. My adult ballet classes are free spirited and focus on the enjoyment of movement.

  • Hi, I’m Kelly, founder of Kelly’s Pilates Studio. I stumbled onto ‘Pilates’ 10 years ago while exploring a different career path. I was offered an internship/training at a local Pilates Studio and that was that, having always been into sports I fell in love with the ability to constantly challenge yourself in different ways, and never having to repeat the same workout.

    I completed my certification as a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Level 1 and 2 with Stott Pilates, a division of Merrithew, in 2015. I have furthered my training into Rehabilitation, Sports Conditioning, Pre and Post Natal and Halo Training (HIIT) all through Merrithew, one of the world leaders in movement education.

    My goal with my classes both in-studio and online is to help you achieve your movement goals, whether that be rehabilitation, mobility or strength.
