Return and Refund Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for items with their tags still attached.
  2. Refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the order date and reasonable effort to return the item for refund/exchange made.
  3. Stretch Active will not take responsibility for the delivery cost to return an item unless the incorrect item was sent or the said item is defective/damaged. Should you order the incorrect size, the cost to return the item is for your account.
  4. You will also have the option to be refunded with store credit which can be used in the form of a discount code towards your next order.
